Who we are
Young Portuguese consulting company
C-GREEN Consultores is a young Portuguese consulting company. Its foundation in 2021 resulted from its founder’s extensive experience in chemical engineering, bioenergy, circular economy and environmental sustainability, identifying the opportunity to add value to organizations in these areas. At C-GREEN we are driven by the future, envisioning a society in rapid transformation, but also increasingly focused on sustainability, due to its critical importance in the proper transition of the world to the next generations. Thus, C-GREEN’s main mission is to propose smart solutions to support organizations, as fundamental agents of transformation of society, in order to conduct their activities in a more sustainable way, following a vision of future, with a focus on supporting organizations operating in the circular economy and energy sectors, mainly in the areas of biomass collection and transformation for production of bioproducts and bioenergy (bioeconomy).

Who we are
Our team
Nuno Correia
PhD in Chemical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) of University of Lisbon. More than 15 years of experience in areas such as polyurethanes, energy/biofuels, waste management and circular economy. Experienced manager with strong organizational and leadership skills, demonstrated in the occupation of management and administration positions in several companies and different areas, namely industrial production, information systems, quality, safety and environment (QSA) management systems. Dedicated and resilient professional, with strong analytical skills and experience in projects of highly technological and innovative nature. Founder of C-GREEN in 2021, assuming the roles of manager and senior consultant.
César Tavares
Degree in Chemistry (Minor in Chemical Engineering) and Master's in Analytical Chemistry and Quality from the University of Aveiro (UA). With technical and management professional experience from roles in accredited chemical testing laboratory (ISO 17025) and in the quality, safety and environment (QSE) department, of one of the biggest Portuguese companies in the energy sector, with triple QSA certification (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001), until starting this new professional challenge as a consultant at C-GREEN since November 2021. Enthusiastic about science with a strong analytical, critical, innovative, proactive mindset directed towards continuous improvement, seeking to contribute to making organizations' processes more efficient and, in this way, help making the world a better and more sustainable place.
Jorge Pedrosa
PhD in Biorefineries and Master’s in Chemical Engineering from University of Coimbra (UC). With 10 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry, worked as a process engineer in the cardboard recycling industry and later as a researcher in R&D projects related to the conversion and valorization of lignocellulosic materials. Curious and versatile by nature, acquired extensive training in the theoretical and practical fundamentals of chemical engineering, from chemical process design to the production of chemicals and advanced materials, with a focus on waste and biomass recovery. Since January 2023, joined C-GREEN as a consultant, where intends to make use of his creative ability to solve problems in the field of sustainability.
